## What is CRE Agents?

A connector that makes the AI you already use smart about commercial real estate. It gives your AI ready-to-run tasks, the methods a seasoned CRE pro would use, and live market and property data. [How it works](https://docs.creagents.com/start/how-it-works.md).

## Who is Vic?

Vic is the seasoned CRE pro inside CRE Agents. Vic teaches your AI how the work is done and hands it the data, and your AI does the work. [Meet Vic](https://docs.creagents.com/start/meet-vic.md).

## Which AIs work with it?

Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Perplexity, Codex, Manus and Grok, plus any other AI that can add a remote MCP server. [Connect your AI](https://docs.creagents.com/connect.md).

## Can I connect more than one AI?

Yes. Connect as many as you use. Each one shows up in the portal on **Connected AIs**, in the left menu.

## Do I need a password?

No. You sign in with your work email and a six digit code we send to it, in the portal and in every AI.

## How do I get access?

Your firm's admin adds you, and you get an email. Sign in to the portal with that address.

## How many catalogs can I have?

It depends on your firm's plan. The portal shows how many you can hold and how many changes you have left this month. [Catalogs](https://docs.creagents.com/use/catalogs.md).

## Who can see what I run?

Your firm's admins can see each seat's hours back, recent runs and catalogs on the Firm pages. Other members can't.

## How is time saved worked out?

Every task has a benchmark: how long the same work takes an analyst by hand. The **Time saved** page adds up those benchmarks for the tasks you finish, minus the time they actually took.

## What does it cost?

Your firm's plan covers your seat. Admins see the plan and the shared credit pool on the Firm pages. [Your plan and credits](https://docs.creagents.com/firm/plan.md).

## How do I disconnect an AI?

In the portal, open **Connected AIs** in the left menu and click **Disconnect**.

## How do I change my email address?

Message CRE Agents from **Message the team** in the portal, and we'll change it for you.

## How do I reach a person?

Click **Message the team** at the top of any portal page. A person reads it and replies by email. Bug reports and feature requests get a number you can quote.
