## The whole thing in one picture

Think of your AI as a sharp new hire, and Vic as the seasoned CRE pro who teaches it. Vic hands your AI a playbook for the job, the know-how behind it, and the market data to fill it in. Your AI does the work.

## The three things Vic brings

- **Tasks:** ready-to-run jobs, like abstracting a commercial lease or underwriting a rent roll. You ask, and your AI does the job start to finish.
- **Skills:** the method a seasoned CRE pro would use. Vic hands it to your AI, so the answer holds up when someone checks it.
- **Data:** live market, property, demographic and capital markets data, pulled in when the task needs it.

## How you ask

Talk to your AI the way you'd talk to a colleague, and start with "Use Vic to". For example:

## What it does to your week

Every task has a benchmark: how long the same work takes an analyst by hand. The **Time saved** page in the portal adds those up for every task you run, so you can see the hours you got back.

## Catalogs

Tasks come grouped in catalogs, one for each line of work: acquisitions, development, asset management and more. Everyone has Essentials. You pick the rest on **Task + Data** in the portal.
