Skills are the methods behind every task, the way a seasoned CRE pro would do the work.

A skill is a written method: how to size a loan, how to parse a rent roll, how to run an equity waterfall. When your AI runs a task, Vic hands it the skills that task needs, so the work follows a pro's method instead of a guess.

You don't call skills yourself. They come with the task.
