Platform updates

Changes to the CRE Agents product itself: new portal pages, new AIs you can connect, and improvements to sign-in and setup, newest first.

New and updated tasks show up in the portal on What’s New. This page covers changes to the product itself: new pages, new AIs you can connect, and improvements to sign-in and setup.

  1. A new client portal

The portal has a new design, with your pages in the sidebar, Ask Vic at the top of every page, Home showing the hours you've saved, and all of it working on your phone.

  2. Ask Vic

Press Ctrl K (Cmd K on a Mac) on any page and ask Vic how something works, which task fits the job, or for live market data you can preview and download right there.

  3. Faster setup for you and your firm

Setup connects more than one AI without leaving the page, and admins now set up the firm first (departments, menus, document style and the team) so everyone they invite starts with it in place.

  4. Comprehensive documentation

Every page of the portal, how to connect each AI, and how to set up your firm are now written up at docs.creagents.com with screenshots and search, and Ask Vic answers your how-to questions from them.

  5. Use Vic inside Grok

If your team works in Grok, you can now connect CRE Agents there too, with step-by-step instructions on the Connections page.

  6. Your assistant finds the right task more often

Task matching now reads your whole request against every task you can reach, so the first suggestion is the right one far more often and comes back in well under a second.

  7. Clear requests start right away

When your request clearly points to one task, your assistant starts it in the same step instead of searching first and starting second, and it notes which inputs your request already covers and which it still needs.

  8. Multi-part requests run in the order you asked

When a job has several parts, the plan now follows the sequence you described, so a memo written from an underwriting waits for the underwriting to finish.

  9. Ask for just the rows you need

Describe which rows matter when pulling market data and your assistant receives only those, with a count of what was set aside and a link to the complete dataset so nothing is lost.

  10. Custom work starts with a suggested toolkit

When no standard task fits, the Custom Objective task now arrives with the closest standard tasks and a priced shortlist of the skills and datasets most likely to help, so your assistant builds from a considered starting point instead of searching blind.

  11. Your firm's own tasks come first

When your private catalog and a standard catalog both offer a similar task, your assistant is shown your firm's version first, with the standard one still a step away.

  12. Ask for several things at once

Describe a job with several parts and your assistant now lines up the right task for each one, then works them together instead of one at a time.

  13. Search results show more distinct tasks

Task search now lists each capability once, with the version matching your team, so results fill with genuinely different tasks instead of near-duplicates.

  14. Manage your own catalogs

Add, swap, or turn off a specialized task catalog yourself from the Catalogs page, using a monthly allowance of changes included in your plan.

  15. Turning a catalog off is free and reversible

Disabling a catalog costs nothing against your monthly change allowance, and you have 72 hours to undo it if you change your mind.

  16. Approve catalog requests in one place

Team admins now review every member's catalog request from a single queue, alongside a per-member view of what each person can already reach.

  17. Catalog changes take effect immediately

A catalog you add, swap, or disable reaches your AI assistant right away, with no need to disconnect and reconnect it.

  18. Team changes apply to usage right away

When someone moves between teams, their work counts toward the new team immediately instead of the one they left.

  19. Template and model downloads arrive complete

Files bundled with a task, such as branded document templates and prebuilt spreadsheet models, now download reliably so your deliverables come back fully formatted.

  20. Industrial labor analysis returns a finished workbook

The industrial labor cost task now delivers a ready-built Excel workbook with every commute band, wage benchmark, and ten-year cost projection already laid out.

  21. What's New

A single page now tracks every new and updated task, dataset, and platform change available to your team.

  22. One-click feedback on any task

Send feedback about a specific task straight from its row in Capabilities, without opening it first.

  23. Version history for your tasks

Every task now shows its current version and the full history of what changed in each release.
